Welcome to the Full-Time CEO Funding Millionaire Challenge (the “Challenge”). By registering for and participating in this Challenge, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not participate in the Challenge.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Participation in the Challenge is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Challenge announcement.
1.2 Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
1.3 The Challenge is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Participate
2.1 Follow the instructions provided in the Challenge announcement for registration and participation.
2.2 Participants must adhere to all Challenge guidelines, including submission requirements and deadlines.
2.3 Any incomplete, false, or misleading entries may result in disqualification.
3. Submission Ownership & Usage
3.1 By submitting any content, ideas, or materials as part of the Challenge, you grant Full-Time CEO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute your submissions for promotional, educational, and business purposes related to the Challenge.
3.2 You retain ownership of your submissions, but you acknowledge that they may be shared publicly.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Participants must engage in ethical, respectful, and professional conduct at all times.
4.2 Any form of cheating, plagiarism, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
4.3 Participants must respect the privacy, intellectual property, and confidentiality of others.
5. Prizes & Rewards
5.1 Prize details, eligibility, and selection criteria will be outlined in the Challenge announcement.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified.
5.3 The organizers are not responsible for any tax obligations arising from prize winnings.
6. Judging & Decisions
6.1 The Challenge will be judged based on specific criteria outlined in the Challenge announcement.
6.2 All judging decisions are final, binding, and non-disputable.
7. Disqualification & Termination
7.1 The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these TermsEngages in misconduct, fraudulent activity, or unethical behaviorAttempts to manipulate or interfere with the Challenge process
7.2 Disqualified participants forfeit all rights to any prizes, recognition, or continued participation in the Challenge.
7.3 The organizers may suspend or terminate the Challenge at their discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information for Challenge-related purposes.
8.2 Your information will be handled in accordance with Full-Time CEO’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8.3 We do not sell or rent participant data to third parties.
9. Amendments & Modifications
9.1 The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge and/or these Terms at any time.
9.2 Participants will be notified of any material changes to these Terms via email or public announcement.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of participation.Technical failures, system errors, or third-party disruptions may impact Challenge performance, and the organizers are not liable for such issues.
